Property Standards Committee decided to: Receive all information submitted from the Town and the Appellant for this hearing. Amend the date to bring the property into a condition of compliance in accordance with the Order issued on January 5, 2026 and per the prescribed standards set out in the Property Standards Bylaw 2022-021, as amended to on or before July 31, 2026. Require the Appellant to submit an Engineers' Report to Officer Taylor, confirming the recommended repairs have been completed to the satisfaction of the engineer.
