That Alan Howe be appointed as chair of the Committee of Adjustment.

That Ashley Harris be appointed as vice-chair of the Committee of Adjustment.

That Tracy Macdonald be appointed as Secretary-Treasurer of of the Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Orangeville until a successor is appointed.

That Ashley Harris be appointed to the Official Plan Steering Committee.

That the minutes of the 2023-02-01 Committee of Adjustment meeting are approved.

That Planning Report – A02-23 – 42 Green Street be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A02-23) to : reduce the minimum interior side yard setback from 3 metres to 1.4 metres; reduce the minimum rear yard setback from 6 metres to 1.4 metres; increase the height of a fence in the front yard from 0.9 metres to 1.6 metres; and permit a contractor or tradesman establishment use in conjunction with non - contractor or tradesman establishment uses , whereas Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, requires a contractor or tradesman establishment to be the sole use on the lot in the General Industrial (M1) Zone, be approved, subject to the following condition: That the variances be limited to the extent shown in accordance with the approved Site Plan (File No. SPA-2022- 10); And that correspondence from Ontario Hydro dated March 17, 2023, be received.

That Planning Report – A03-23 – 43 Robb Boulevard be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A03-023) to permit a vehicle storage area in the rear yard, be approved, generally in accordance with the submitted Site Plan. And that correspondence from Ontario Hydro dated March 17, 2023, be received.
