Convene into In-Camera Session. Motion that at 4:03 p.m. the Board convene into the In-Camera Session of this meeting under Part III, Section 35(4) of the Police Services Act.

Convene into Public Session. Motion that at 5:00 p.m. the Board reconvene into the Public Session of this meeting.

Motion for approval of the consent agenda as presented specifically Items 10.1 - Adoption of May 20, 2025 Meeting Minutes, 10.2 - Claims for Special Remuneration and Expense Reimbursement and 10.3 - Revised Policy D3(v) Grant Writing.

Motion to receive and approve the Community Outreach Letter and EA Archer will update the Partner Contact List and forward to Member Weatherbee for circulation of the Community Outreach Letter.

Motion to receive and approve the most current revised Action Register and Workplan circulated via email just prior to the meeting.

Motion to defer Item 11.3 to the September Regular Public Meeting.

Motion that the Board receive and adopt the revised Board Policy D3(m) on Complaints as well as the revised Governance memo.

McSweeney Motion that the Board receive the draft 2025 Annual Report and attached documents and discussion and approve the next steps as outlined above. Members also approved sharing this document when complete with other Dufferin OPP Detachment Boards.
