That the minutes of the following meeting are approved: 2022-04-06 Committee of Adjustment Minutes

That Planning Report – A05-22 – 46 Drew Brown Boulevard be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A05-22) to increase the maximum lot coverage from 45% to 50%, be approved, generally in accordance with the submitted Site Plan.

That Planning Report – A-06/22 – 695 Riddell Road, be received; And that the Minor Variance Application (File No. A-06/22) to permit a car detailing business as an automotive use in conjunction with non-automotive uses, whereas Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, requires an automotive use to be the sole use on a lot within the General Industrial (M1) zone, be APPROVED, subject to the following conditions: That the car detailing business does not use or store as part of their operations, dense non-aqueous phase liquid (DNAPL) as per policy DNAP-1 of the CTC Source Protection Plan; That the car detailing business provides to the Town of Orangeville Risk Management Official: Written confirmation that DNAPL will not be stored or used within the car detailing business operations; and A list of all products intended for use, along with the associated Material Safety Data Sheets, where available; and That failure to satisfy and maintain compliance with any of the conditions of this decision shall render the approval null and void.

That Planning Report – A07-22 – 15 Mason Street be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A07-22) to increase the rear yard encroachment from 0.6 metres to 1.3 metres, be approved, generally in accordance with the submitted Site Plan.
