That Planning Report – B01-26 – 14 Second Street be received; And that Consent Application (File No. B01-26) to transfer Part 3 on Reference Plan 7R-1378 (to be adjusted) from 14 Second Street to 12 Second Street, be approved, subject to the following conditions: That the owner shall register an Application to Consolidate Parcels to ensure th at Part 3 on Reference Plan 7R-1378 is added to the abutting lands known as 12 Second Street . In fulfillment of this condition, the Town will accept an Undertaking from a solicitor to effect this registration. That the owner of 12 Second Street enter into an Encroachment Agreement with the Town of Orangeville to address the existing building footprint constructed in the Second Street right-of-way. That any outstanding municipal taxes, fees or charges be paid in full. That all above conditions be fulfilled within two (2) years of the date of the Notice of Decision, so that the Town is authorized to issue the Certificate of Consent pursuant to Section 53(42) of the Planning Act.
