That the committee approve the application for File No. IPA2,4,5 - 2026-02- 33 Centennial Road for a grant in the amount of $18,000 under Program 2, $15,000 under Program 5, and the maximum TIEG grant of 80% of the annual municipal tax increment under Program 4 for a total amount of $33,000.00 from the CIP Reserve Fund.
