That correspondence from Terry and Sonya Pritchard dated February 27, 2026 regarding Minor Variance A-01-26 - 46 First Avenue be received; That Planning Report A- 01 /2 6 – 46 First Avenue be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A- 0 1/2 6 ) to increase the maximum accessory building height from 4.3 metres to 6.1 metres to permit the construction of a two-storey additional residential unit, generally in accordance with the submitted plans , be approved.

That Ishita Soneji be appointed as Deputy Secretary-Treasurer.
