That the following information items be received.

That Report 25-14 ‘Work Plan update from the Succession Planning Working Group’ be received; and That the Board approve Appendix A ‘CEO Recruitment Plan’; and That the Board approve Appendix B ‘Job Posting’ as amended: Page 1 second paragraph change the language to ‘reporting to the Library Board and accountable to the General Manager, Community Services’; and That the Board approve Appendix C ‘Orangeville Public Library - Chief Executive Officer, Job Description’ as amended: Page 1 first paragraph change the language to ‘reporting to the Library Board and accountable to the General Manager, Community Services.’ Page 5 Under ‘Work Setting’ ‘Contacts’ change Board to ‘Regular’ frequency Page 8 add (indirect) after GM Community Services

That the Orangeville Public Library Board approve the placement of a Rainbow Pride Bench by the Town of Orangeville at the ‘activation location’ in front of the library identified on Broadway.
