That Planning Report – A10-22 – 71 Mill Street, be received; And that correspondence from Teagan and Laszlo Pandy in support of the application, be received; And that the Minor Variance Application (File No. A10-22) to increase the maximum height of an accessory building from 4.3 metres to 5.8 metres, to reduce the minimum interior side yard setback of an accessory building from 1.2 metres to 0.60 metres, to increase the maximum lot coverage for accessory buildings from 10% to 11%, and to increase the maximum lot coverage from 35% to 36% , be approved, generally in accordance with the submitted site plan.
