That Planning Report A -11/ 25 – 76 Dawson Rd be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A -11/ 25) to reduce the minimum southerly interior side yard setback requir ement from 1.5 metres to 1.0 metres be approved to permit the construction of a second storey addition generally in accordance with the submitted plans and subject to the following condition: That windows are not permitted in the s outh facing wall of the second floor of the proposed addition.

That Planning Report A-1 2 /25 – 195 Centennial Rd be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A-1 2 /25) to increase the maximum accessory building height permitted from 4.3 metres to 8.9 metres be approved to permit a tent cover over two shipping containers generally in accordance with the submitted plans and subject to the following condition: That the variance is in effect for a temporary period of three (3) years from the date of the Committee’s decision .
