That Planning Report – A-04/26 – 315 Alder Street be received; That the correspondence from Orangeville Hydro be received; And that the Minor Variance Application (File No. A-0 4/ 26) to reduce the parking space requirement from three (3) parking spaces to two (2) parking spaces and to reduce the minimum required setback for encroaching stairs from 0.6 metres to 0.4 metres , be refused.

That Planning Report – A-05/26 – 40 Meyer Drive be received; That correspondence from Orangeville Hydro be received; That correspondence from Credit Valley Conservation be received; And that the Minor Variance Application (File No. A-05/26) to increase the maximum front yard setback from 7 metres to 7.3 metres , be approved , generally in accordance with the submitted Site Plan .

That Planning Report – A-06/26 – 32 Moffatt Crescent be received; That correspondence from Orangeville Hydro be received; And that the Minor Variance Application (File No. A-06/26) to reduce the minimum exterior side yard setback from 3.5 metres to 2.5 metres, be approved, generally in accordance with the submitted Site Plan.
