That the committee approve the application for File No. IPA1-2025-02 - 193 Broadway for a grant in the amount of $14,169.00 inclusive of the heritage top up grant; and That staff be authorized to issue any additional grant funding should the cost of the project exceed the proposal.

That application for File No. IPA3/6-2025-01 - 3 Zina Street, be received; That a grant in the amount of $25,000 for programs 3 and 6 be approved subject to the following conditions: That the applicant provide confirmation of a commercial component satisfactory to the Town, and That the applicant provide confirmation of their support for a heritage designation; and That staff encourage the applicant to provide additional details in support of their current application, including any proposed facade improvements, for future consideration for additional funding.
