That the agenda and any addendums for the November 22, 2021 Council Meeting, be approved.

That a closed meeting of Council be held pursuant to s. 239 (2) of the Municipal Act for the purposes of considering the following subject matters: 2021-11-08 Closed Council Minutes Confidential Verbal Report from Mayor Brown, Public Office Holders Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. Confidential Report CPS-2021-082, Vaccination Status Update, Council, Local Boards and Committees, CPS-2021-084 Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose. Confidential Verbal Report from Ed Brennan, CAO, Vaccination Policy Update - Staff Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose. Confidential Verbal Report from Ed Brennan, CAO and John Hart, Town Solicitor - Town Building Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.

That Confidential Verbal Report from Mayor Brown, Public Office Holders regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, be received; And that staff proceed as directed.

That report CMS-2021-021 regarding the 2021 Annual Report - Business and Economic Development Advisory Committee, be received; And that report CMS-2021-022 regarding the 2021 Annual Report - Cultural Plan Task Force, be received.

That report, CPS-2021-082, Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee Annual Report and Work Plan, be received.

That repor t CPS-2021-083 , Heritage Orangeville Committee Annual Report , be received.

That report CMS-2021- 02 8 titled Alder Recreation Centre Pool – Structural Steel Upgrades November 22, 2021 be received; And that Council approve contemplated change notice (CCN) for the immediate remediation of structural steel columns within the Alder Recreation Centre Pool area and an additional capital fund contingency of $990,890. Inclusive of all taxes ​
