That the minutes of the following meeting are approved:

That the Committee approve the Awareness Plaque for 34 Town Line, pending confirmation of historical information.

That the Committee meet for the specified dates, as well as the following additional dates: - Calendar Working Group Meeting in October and November - Committee Special Meeting in November to approve calendar

That the Committee order 1500 calendars and that a purchase cost up to $3500 is approved.

That the Committee approve the Fall 2021 newsletter and for a passage about the Awareness Plaque program to be added to the Resources section.

That the correspondence items are received:

That the Committee approve the concept for the Heritage Banners for Heritage Week with the following details: - "Broadway Grows" Banner: draft photos approved. - "Broadway Advances" Banner: Draft photos one and two approved. - "Broadway Life" Banner (new concept): Photo of cadet from "Evolves" approved. The secondary image to be of a bustling Broadway, depicting carriages, cars, and pedestrians.

That the Committee print 550 quarterly newsletters for Fall 2021 and approve the use of allocated funds from Public Relations, Promotions and Events category in the budget.
