That the minutes of the following meeting are approved as amended: That the meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.

That the committee provide the following comments: They are pleased with the train mural and the set back of the building from the street. They appreciate that their feedback from the previous submission have been incorporated and have no issues with the presented concepts.

That the committee accept the site plan as presented and provide the comment that due to the Town having many similar examples of the style of building from this era, there is no case to be made for heritage designation.

That the committee approve the awareness plaque for 39 Town Line pending confirmation of Joseph Ogston's spouse's name.

That the committee approve the following items with respect to the 2023 Heritage Orangeville calendar: - The use of the proposed template - For the content to be distributed to Communications no later than October 28, 2022 - That potential revisions will be discussed internally - The allocation of up to $3500.00 to print the calendar

That the committee receive the correspondence.
