That the minutes of the following meeting are approved: 2022-12-07 Committee of Adjustment Minutes

That Planning Report – A16-22 – 6 Third Ave be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A16-22 ) to permit an accessory dwelling unit within the accessory structure of a detached dwelling, to increase the height of an accessory building from 4.3 metres to 6.7 metres, and to increase the new driveway in the rear yard from 6.0 metres to 7.5 metres , be approved, generally in accordance with the submitted Site Plan.

That Planning Report – A17-22 – 16 Blind Line be received; And that Minor Variance Application (File No. A17-22) to permit an accessory dwelling unit within the accessory structure of a detached dwelling and increase the maximum accessory building height from 4.3 metres to 6.1 metres , be approved, generally in accordance with the submitted Site Plan.

That Planning Report – A18-22 – 200 Elizabeth Street, be received; And that the Minor Variance Application (File No. A18-22 ) to permit a temporary trailer on site for retail store use, for a period of up to two (2) years , b e approved , generally in accordance with the submitted site plan, subject to the following condition: That the variance be approved for a temporary period of two (2) years from the date of the Committee’s decision .
