That Heritage Orangeville receives the Heritage Registry Review Report including attachments 1 to 5, the Draft Designation Reports with Statements of Cultural Heritage Significance for the following subject properties: 17 Church Street, “Dods Knitting Company Ltd.”; 2 Wellington Street, “Armstrong Foundry”; 247 Broadway, “Zion Presbyterian Church (Westminster Church)”; 3 Zina Street, “Primitive Methodist Church (Baptist Church)”; 16 & 18 Wellington Street, “King House”; and, That the committee recommends Council direct staff to initiate an intention to designate the five subject properties in accordance with Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and, That the committee recommends staff notify the property owners of the five subject properties advising them of the upcoming report to Council, The Committee's recommendation, and additional information on how a designation under the Ontario Heritage Act impacts the property.

That Heritage Orangeville receive Correspondence Item 7.1, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy - Landscape Investments (Indigenous Commemorative Plaque - Town Hall Grounds), for information.
