Council Meeting

That the agenda and any addendums for the current Council meeting, be approved.

That a closed meeting of Council be held pursuant to s. 239 (2) of the Municipal Act for the purposes of considering the following subject matters: January 26, 2025 Closed Council meeting minutes Town Facility - Verbal report from CAO David Smith

That the 2026-01-26 Council closed meeting minutes be approved; and That the Confidential verbal report from the CAO be received; and That staff proceed as directed.

That the January 26, 2026 Council meeting minutes be approved.

That Council waive the requirements of the procedure bylaw to permit the open forum speaker, Tamara Limebeer to speak for 4 minutes.

That Council waive the requirement of the procedure bylaw to extend the time limit for the delegation.

That all Consent Agenda items for the current Council Meeting listed under 13.1 Staff Reports, 13.2 Correspondence, and 13.3 Committee/Board Minutes, be received or approved as presented, with the exception of the items removed for individual consideration. Items removed for individual consideration: 13.1.2, 13.1.4.

That report INS-2026-005, Update to the Traffic Bylaw-Addition of Stop Controls, be received; and That stop controls are recommended in this report be installed or altered as described; and That Traffic Management and Parking Bylaw, Bylaw 2025-065 be updated to reflect the recommendations made in this report.

That report INS-2026-007, Community Improvement Plan (CIP), 2025 Annual Performance Report, be received.

That all by-laws for the current Council Meeting listed under item 17. By-laws, be read three times and finally passed.

That the meeting be adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
