McSweeney Motion that the Board discuss and approve the Agenda for the June 16, 2026 Orangeville OPP Detachment Board Regular (Public Session) Meeting.

Convene into In-Camera Session. Motion that at 4:30 p.m. the Board convene into the In-Camera Session of this meeting under Part V, Section 67(6)6 and Part IV Section 44 of the Community Safety and Policing Act.

McSweeney Convene into Public Session. Motion that at 5:08 p.m. the Board reconvene into the Public Session of this meeting.

Motion that the Board receive the above presentation and the report titled Report to Detachment Board 2026-06-16 and Destruction Notice 2026-06-01 and approve the destruction of items outlined in the noted Destruction Notice.

Motion that the Board receive the discussions in Question period and the follow-ups as outlined below.

Motion that the Board receive and approve the below consent items with the following amendments: Item 10.1 Vice-Chair McSweeney advised that in reference to the April 21, 2026 minutes he wanted to note that under Item 11.4 he has not been able to arrange a presentation by Charles Payette on Grant Writing. Item 10.2 Vice-Chair McSweeney asked for approval of special remuneration claim of $333.66 for attending the June 9, 2026 Zone 5 meeting. Item 10.6 - Chair Taylor advised that following the October election all Board members will continue in their roles at least for a couple of months. Vice-Chair McSweeney will review the PGO Election-Year Board Transition and Continuity Guide resource document attached for the purposes of preparing a Board Governance policy to be considered by the Board at its September meeting.

Motion that the Board receive the update provided by Vice-Chair McSweeney.

McSweeney Motion that the Board receive the update provided by Chair Taylor and Chair Taylor and Vice-Chair McSweeney will arrange to meet with Inspector Di Pasquale to present the Performance Review to him.

Motion that the Board receive the updates and documents provided by Ms. Archer and Member Post.
